Following our New Writing at the Finborough Theatre Season which saw eight premieres of new plays, as well as the Finborough winning its seventh Pearson Bursary Award for Dawn King's Foxfinder, our ReDiscoveries2012 Season is devoted to the parallel strand of our artistic policy, rediscovered drama and music theatre with work from the 1890s to the 1980s.

The first London production for 90 years of St John Ervine's searing Belfast tragedy Mixed Marriage, first seen at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, plays for a four-week season from Tuesday, 4 October 2011 at the multi-award-winning Finborough Theatre, with an outstanding cast including Daragh O'Malley (Sergeant Harper in ITV's Sharpe) and Nora-Jane Noone, the award-winning star of The Magdalene Sisters in her professional stage debut.

This season's productions demonstrate the three strands of Finborough's artistic policy with an eclectic mix of new writing, genuine rediscoveries and music theatre. They are set to welcome Olivier Award winning actress Celia Imrie to the Finborough Theatre who will star in Drama at Inish.
