Oscar®-Grammy®-Emmy®-Tony®- award-winning composer, conductor, and pianist Marvin Hamlisch, the renowned young British jazz/cabaret singer Jacqui Dankworth, and the popular gypsy-klezmer-rock band Golem are celebrating music and the human spirit on Monday, May 10, 2010; 6 to 10:30 p.m.

Due to popular demand, the Attic Theatre's production of Side By Side By Sondheim has been extended to May 2nd. The production was originally set to close April 18th.

The owners of The Rrazz Room 'The two Rs' -- Robert Kotonly and Rory Paull -- celebrate their 2nd year anniversary with not only a star-studded lineup of performers, but also a dynamic team of players dedicated to upholding its status as 'The Premier Nightclub of the West Coast.' With a seating capacity of approximately 170, The Rrazz Room is one of the few places in the San Francisco Bay Area where you can experience live performances up close and personal. Last year's gala sold out, so advance ticket purchase highly recommended. Partial proceeds from this very special evening will benefit Haiti Relief/American Red Cross.

Full casting has been announced for the upcoming production of the Attic Theatre's SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM. The five-person cast will include Jenny Ashman, Jennifer Blake, Morgan Duke, Nick Sarando and Joe Donohoe. The show begins performances March 12th.

The evening will feature Marvin Hamlisch speaking about his life and music with interviewer/MC Nancy Shear. Jacqui Dankworth will perform her interpretations of Hamlisch's music, and the music of Golem will begin and end the evening.

Stage Door Records will release of the 1980 Original London Cast Recording of the musical COLETTE by John Dankworth on February 22nd. The release will be the first time the recording has been available on CD. The musical starred Cleo Laine in the title role. The show originally opened at The Stables Theatre, Wavendon in 1979 and transferred to the Comedy Theatre, London in September 1980.

Bob Lappin & The Palm Beach Pops welcome to their stage superstar Vegas entertainer Clint Holmes for 'An Evening with Clint Holmes,' a six-night engagement in South Florida on February 8-12 and 14, 2010. When Clint is on stage, anything can happen, and usually does!

Brown, Jeb Kreager, Terry Lavell, Buzz Roddy, Johnny Flynn, Ryan Dietz and Jesse Sullivan, Graham Kuptz, Jenny LaRoche, Kisa Willis, Monique LeFlore, Brittany Younger and Davina Porter.
