'Dirt' should be seen for the imagery-filled language the playwright employs and the fine acting, particularly by the incredible Holly Twyford.

This play presents a formidable challenge, but the cast and design team are up to the task. Playwright Kathleen Akerley shows promise.

'All Fall Down', directed by Lonny Price ('A Class Act') and Matt Cowart (Assistant Director, '110 in the Shade'), opens this Friday, October 9th at the 45th Street Theatre. This new musical, which stars two-time Tony Award nominee ('42nd Street', 'On the Town') and Drama Desk nominee ('Xanadu') Mary Testa along with Jenn Colella ('Urban Cowboy'), Charlie Pollock ('9 to 5', 'Urinetown') and Casey Predovic, has already sold out select performances.

Luna Stage announces the final production of the 2008-2009 season - the World Premiere of Not God, a play in verse by Marc J. Straus. Previews are April 16-23, with the opening performances on April 24 and 25. The production runs through May 17, 2009.
