Here are some of the familiar Broadway faces appearing in prime time tonight (Monday, April 8, 2013)!

In a time when discussions of rape culture and the possibility of the media slanting rape coverage against accusers are controversial subjects in our national conscious, its rather fortunate timing that the highest profile play of the Broadway season involves a New York tabloid reporter whose career was defined by two headline-making rape cases.

MATILDA THE MUSICAL, produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers, will open on April 11, 2013 at Broadway's Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street). The four girls sharing the title role are Sophia Gennusa, Oona Laurence, Bailey Ryon and Milly Shapiro, each of whom will be making her Broadway debut. Roundabout Theatre Company's new Broadway production of The Big Knife, by Clifford Odets, is currently in previews and officially opens on April 16, 2013 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd Street).
