'30 Rock' will add a new address in 2011 as COMEDY CENTRAL has reached a multi-year deal with NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution to license the Emmy(R) Award-winning comedy series '30 Rock,' it was announced today by Frances Manfredi, executive vice president/general sales manager, cable and non-theatrical sales for NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution and David Bernath, senior vice president, program strategy & microwave programming for COMEDY CENTRAL.

The Heroes star has auditioned for the role of Ariel Moore - a part for which Dancing with the Stars' Julianne Hough is also reportedly seeking - in the musical remake of Footloose, E! News reports. Lori Singer played the character of Ariel in the original film.

Contact Music has revealed that Christina Applegate is eyeing a return to Broadway. The California-born actress admits she has longed to return to theatre since her staring role in the 2005 revival of Sweet Charity, which earned her a Tony Award nomination for best actress in a musical. And while she's currently filming her U.S. TV comedy Samantha Who? in Los Angeles, Applegate announced that returning to the Big Apple is among her many ambitions, because the city feels like a second home.
