NBC's THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO has finished #1 in viewers 18-49 and total viewers versus its ABC and CBS time-slot competition for the week of January 21-25, despite the highest-rated night yet for ABC's 11:35 p.m. ET edition of JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE.

At 10 p.m. ET, 'Chicago Fire' (2.0/6 in adults 18-49, 7.2 million viewers overall) ranked #1 versus encore dramas on ABC and CBS in adults 18-49, total viewers and all other key ratings categories.

In its third week in its new 11:35pm time slot during the week of January 21, 2013, ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live grew week to week in both Total Viewers (+4%) and Adults 18-49 (+2%) to score its 2nd-biggest weekly audience in its history (2.855 million), behind only the show's debut week at 11:35pm two weeks ago.

On Thursday, February 14th, the Museum of Sex will extend its opening hours from 10:00am to 10:00pm, with the last ticket sold at 9:15pm. With each admission, visitors will receive a Valentine's Day gift kit filled with unique goodie items.

From its first half-hour to its second, 'Dateline NBC' grew in every key category, including gains of 25 percent in 18-49 (to a 1.5 from a 1.2) and 17 percent in both adults 25-54 (2.1 vs. 1.8) and total viewers (5.4 million vs. 4.6 million).

Jimmy Kimmel's arch nemesis, Oscar winner Matt Damon, exacted his revenge following a decade of torture by hijacking Kimmel's late-night show and renaming it "Jimmy Kimmel Sucks." Damon showed Kimmel how it's done by packing his one-evening-only late-night turn with comedy and a cavalcade of A-list stars. Comedic roundtable guests from E!'s late night talk show "Chelsea Lately" - Chris Franjola, Jen Kirkman and Brad Wollack - will perform their individual stand-up routines during an evening hosted by Chelsea Handler's assistant Chuy Bravo at the Suncoast Showroom, March 9 and 10.

Emmy-winning television producer and standup comedian, Alyse Kenny, has announced the February lineup of her monthly charity show at Gotham Comedy Club. The February 20th edition of "Alyse Kenny Presents…It's a Charity Thing" will benefit Help is On the Way Today, a 501c3 non-profit that assists children and youth living with HIV/Aids in the New York Metropolitan area. From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's 'Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson' (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, 'Late Night' (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped 'Late Late Show' (0.3/2).

Fresh threads and a fresh set kick off the fifth season of TOSH.O. Host Daniel Tosh will reveal a brand new look, having previously donned hoodies, cardigans, casual jackets, deep V's, collared shirts, exposed arms, collegiate apparel, high fashion, sick kicks for the ladies and over-priced concert tees with sexy stubble.
