Ayad Akhtar's Pulitzer Prize-winning play Disgraced kicks off Philadelphia Theatre Company's 2015-2016 season, October 9 - November 8 at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre (Broad and Lombard Streets).  Directed by Mary B. Mannyville LLC, Dramatic Question Theatre and the New York Musical Theatre Festival are proud to announce the extension of the musical Manuel versus The Statue of Liberty which will begin performances this Tuesday, July 21.

Mannyville LLC and Dramatic Question Theatre in association with the New York Musical Theatre Festival will present the premiere of Manuel versus The Statue of Liberty with book by Noemi de la Puente, music by David Davila & Howard Post, Lyrics by Noemi de la Puente & David Davila with direction by Jose Zayas, choreography by Sidney Erik Wright and musical direction by Karl Hedrick. The new musical will play at the 2015 NYMF from July 21 -27 at the Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street).

Atkinson and Amy Kaissar, the high-voltage drama, which concludes BRT's Mainstage Season, features an ensemble of professional actors Keith Baker, Kevin Bergen, Mark Collmer, Brian Brillinger, Laura Giknis, Marc LeVasseur, Shamus Hunter McCarty, P. Brendan Mulvey and Sabrina Proffitt performing alongside Bucks County community members. The production is supported in part by a generous grant from PECO.

Toy Box Theatre Company opens its 11th season with Worth House, a new play by company member Ryan Reilly about growing up with a father addicted to two things: alcohol and his family. Set in Chicago's South Side in 1989, this comedic family drama offers up a fresh take on recovery in a style that is equal parts The Glass Menagerie and TV's Roseanne.

Bristol Riverside Theatre explores what it means to be an American with its production of Ragtime on March 17-April 12. The Tony Award-winning musical with book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty, and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens is directed by Keith Baker and features Leslie Becker, Derrick Cobey, David Edwards, Tamar Greene, Michael Thomas Holmes, Matt Leisy and Ciji Prosser. Supporting roles will be played by Ciaran Barlow as Edgar, Will Connell as Houdini, Jim Conte as Grandfather, Stephen Dagrosa as Willie Conklin, Sarah J. Gafgen as Emma Goldman, and Chelsey Jean as Evelyn Nesbitt. The ensemble includes Rajeer Alford, Amy L. Armstrong, Charles Michael Bendas, Daniel Bontempo, Elena Camp, John DiFerdinando, Jessica Gruver, Brian Michael Henry, Adam Hoyak, Angelica Jackson, Jessica M. Johnson, Walter E. Tucker, Dwayne Washington, and Paul Weagraff.

'The Whipping Man' written by Matthew Lopez and directed by Seret Scott is now onstage at George Street Playhouse though February 15th. This poignant drama is a must-see theatrical event.
