Murray Abraham will join the cast of GOLDEN AGE, the new play by four-time Tony Award winner Terrence McNally, directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie. DRIVING MISS DAISY Extends Tour Through April 2013

Driving Miss Daisy, currently on tour until December 2012, will extend its national tour to April 2013 due to popular demand. The critically acclaimed production, presented by Julian Stoneman Associates, in association with Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, follows sell-out runs on Broadway and in the West End. Driving Miss Daisy is the Pulitzer prize-winning play by Alfred Uhry and this production stars Gwen Taylor as Daisy Werthan, Don Warrington as Hoke Coleburn and Ian Porter as Boolie Werthan.

Her unique fashion sense is the subject of a new exhibition at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, Katharine Hepburn: Dressed for Stage and Screen. The exhibition includes over 40 costumes and clothing items from Hepburn's personal collection. The exhibition - organized by Kent State University Museum and travelling the US - was created in conjunction with a new book released this month, Rebel Chic (published by Skira Rizzoli, 2012). Katharine Hepburn: Dressed for Stage and Screen will be on display in the Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery from today, October 18, 2012 thru January 12, 2013 at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center at 40 Lincoln Center Plaza. Admission is free.

REBECCA Producers Have 10 Weeks to Raise $4.5 Million

Following REBECCA's cancellation on Broadway and the news that financier and stock broker Mark C. Hotton was arrested yesterday for his role in the show's collapse, Bloomberg reports that REBECCA's producers now have 10 weeks-until Dec. 31-to raise $4.5 million or face returning millions more to their investors.
