As first reported on Deadline.com, THE OFFICE executive producer Greg Daniels may launch a new version of the NBC comedy series which would include existing characters and incorporate new ones if it is renewed for a ninth season.

On this Thursday, April 12 episode of the NBC comedy series THE OFFICE entitled 'Welcome Party', Robert (two-time Emmy Award winner James Spader) makes the office throw a welcome party for Nellie (Catherine Tate), and the party planners try to sabotage it. Meanwhile, Andy (Ed Helms) and Erin (Ellie Kemper) practice how Andy will break up with Jessica (guest star Eleanor Seigler).

Acording to Deadline.com, Eddie Izzard is currently in final talks to star in and produce NBC's upcoming remake of the 1960's sitcom 'The Munsters'. The project, entitled MOCKINGBIRD LANE, is written by Bryan Fuller and directed by Bryan Singer. Izzard is the first actor who has been cast in the project.
