Untitled Theatricals announced today that Academy Award, Golden Globe Award & BAFTA winner and UNESCO Special Envoy for Peace & Reconciliation, Forest Whitaker (Broadway's Hughie) will host the Performers4Peace benefit concert Monday, May 9, 2016 at 8pm at 42West (514 West 42nd Street www.42west.com), featuring performances by Broadway artists to support the Whitaker Peace & Development Initiative's work in peace and community building.

After a sold-out show this month at the Highline Ballroom, the 11th installment of the BROADWAY SINGS concert series will repeat its performance of Broadway Sings Whitney Houston. A cast of 15 Broadway stars will sing completely new arrangements of the legendary diva's greatest hits, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations.

O'Connell & Company's current production of WOMEN ON FIRE by Irene O'Garden, will welcome 2 very special guests at the April 29th performance. The shows author Irene O'Garden and the original star of the piece, Tony award winning actress Judith Ivey. Irene O'Garden's critically acclaimed play, WOMEN ON FIRE starring Judith Ivey, was twice extended and played to sold-out houses Off Broadway at the Cherry Lane Theatre. It was nominated for a Lucille Lortel Award for Best Solo Show, and two of its monologues are published in Best Women's Stage Monologues.

FOX's musical movie THE GREATEST SHOWMAN ON EARTH is making progress, having just presented a reading to executives prior to filming. Starring the previously announced Hugh Jackman as P.T.
