The L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center's Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center will present a special, encore performance of the smash hit Standing on Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays. The Center's Renberg Theatre will join theaters across the nation on the same evening to showcase this outstanding collection of short plays in support of the ongoing movement for the freedom to marry for same-sex couples. The one-night-only engagement will take place Monday, Nov. 7 at 8 p.m.

-Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) returns as the title characters' sinister nemesis, Dr. Blowhole, in Nickelodeon's brand-new Penguins of Madagascar special, 'Blowhole Strikes Back,' premiering Friday, Sept. 9, at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT). The hour-long special features Harris performing in four original musical numbers, two of which he is singing alongside The Penguins of Madagascar characters. The series recently garnered six Daytime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Children's Animated Program, Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program (Danny Jacobs) and Outstanding Writing in Animation. Year to date, The Penguins of Madagascar ranks as one of the top five animated series on all TV with kids 2-11.

Standing On Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays - A funny, provocative evening of new plays by award-winning playwrights starring a rotating celebrity cast to benefit marriage equality. This engaging theatrical event of nine exciting short plays includes a 'wedding reception' audience talkback following each performance. Come for the shows but stay for the cake! A portion of the net proceeds will benefit the work of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center.

Schlatter, and Directed by Gary Halvorson and Wayne Cilento. The show will run at Theater St. Clements (423 West 46th) with performances on October 8, 9, 11, 13, 14 and 16th.

Jazz vocalist and wife of Latin superstar Ruben Blades, Luba Mason has joined Kerry Butler and Deidre Goodman in the NYMF production of PANDORA'S BOX. Mason appeared on Broadway in Sunset Blvd, How to Succeed... with Matthew Broderick, Jekyll and Hyde, Chicago (co-starring Brooke Shields) and The Capeman where she met her husband.

The Hollywood Reporter reveals this morning that stage star and recent 30 Rock alum Cheyenne Jackson will star alongside James Patrick Stuart in ABC's comedy pilot It Takes a Village. The show revolves around exes Karen (played by Leah Remini) and Howard and their new significant others who join forces to raise their 15-year-old boy. Stuart (of Beverly Hills 90210 fame) will play Karen's new husband. Jackson (Xanadu, Finian's Rainbow, 30 Rock), will play Howard's new and first boyfriend.
