The York Theatre Company presents acclaimed jazz vocalist Stevie Holland in the Off-Broadway premiere of the tour-de-force musical Love, Linda: The Life of Mrs. Cole Porter. Love, Linda has book by Ms. Holland with Gary William Friedman, music & lyrics by Cole Porter, and arrangements & additional music by Mr. Friedman. On Monday, December 9, 2013, The Broadway Dreams Foundation held its third annual holiday gala, "Night of Dreams," at Celsius, a restaurant, bar and event space within the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park. At this one of a kind urban winter wonderland in of the heart of midtown Manhattan, Broadway's brightest stars and patrons of the arts joined together for a festive celebration of the country's premier musical theatre training program.

The Broadway Boys will once again host Broadway's favorite holiday party and concert with the 8th Annual BROADWAY SINGS FOR TOYS: A Benefit for Toys for Tots on Monday, December 16 at 7:00pm.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation will hold its third annual holiday gala, "Night of Dreams," at Celsius, a restaurant, bar and event space within the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park (5th Ave and 42nd Street) tonight, December 9, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. At this one of a kind urban winter wonderland in of the heart of midtown Manhattan, Broadway's brightest stars and patrons of the arts will join together for a festive celebration of the country's premier musical theatre training program. The evening will include festive cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and performances by Tituss Burgess, Morgan James, Ryann Redmond,Adrienne Warren, Joey Contreras along with current Broadway Dreams students from across the country.

Bay Area Cabaret celebrates the New Year by welcoming back Grammy-nominated jazz guitarist/vocalist John Pizzarelli and Broadway actress/singer Jessica Molaskey. The charming husband and wife duo will perform their critically acclaimed Cafe Carlyle show This Must Be the Place, which The New York Times called, 'brilliant,' praising Ms. Molaskey as 'a singer whose radar yields infallible insight into a song's emotional crosscurrents.' Pizzarelli and Molaskey will perform 5pm, Sunday, January 19, at the historic Venetian Room of the Fairmont San Francisco, 950 Mason Street. Irish Repertory Theatre will continue its current season with a revival of IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, The 1946 Live Radio Play, adapted by Anthony E. Palermo from the screenplay by Francis Goodrich, Albert Hackett, Frank Capra and Jo Swerling. IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, The 1946 Live Radio Play premiered last year at the Irish Repertory Theatre with a production directed by Charlotte Moore (JUNO AND THE PAYCOCK, DANCING AT LUGHNASA). Once again directed by Ms. Moore, IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, The 1946 Live Radio Play will begin previews today, December 4th and will play through Sunday, December 29th in The Irish Repertory Theatre's W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre (132 West 22nd Street). The official press opening is Tuesday, December 10th.

If you're wondering whether or not 2013 was a fantastic year for the cabaret art form in New York, all you have to do is scan the amazing list of nominees for this year's BroadwayWorld New York Cabaret Awards and you'll know it was one of the best ever. So now it's time for all you cabaret performers and fans to vote for the best singers, musicians, songs, and shows of the year. Voting will continue until Sunday night January 5 and the winners will be announced later that week. We hope that all the winners will be able to perform in the Award show on Sunday night February 23 at Joe's Pub.

Peter Flynn directs, with choreography by Devanand Janki, and music direction by Mark Fifer. The seven-member cast features Andrea Burns, Wally Dunn, Darius de Haas, Alexander Gemignani, Jessica Grové and Joe Ricci. Angela DeCicco replaces previously announced Andrea Bianchi.

Stage vet Laura Benanti stripped down with The Skivvies for their latest set last night at 54 Below. Her mashup included 'Part Of Me' by Katy Perry, 'Independent Woman' by Destiny's Child, and 'Superwoman' by Alicia Keys. Check out their performance below!

Kennedy, with Book and Lyrics by Will Holt and Tom Sawyer, Music by Will Holt, based on an original concept by Tom Sawyer. Directed by Igor Goldin, and with Music Direction by Matt Castle, the cast features Frank Anderson, Wilson Bridges, Patrick Cummings, Jessica Grove, Julia Johanos, Anne Kanengeiser, Erick Pinnick, Lauren Sterling, Debra Walton, and William Zeffiro.
