Jamie Galen will perform the first act of Tru, Playwright Jay Presson Allen’s adaptation of the works of Truman Capote at Hollywood Fringe Festival 2022 at Three Clubs Stage Room (1123 N. Austin Pendleton Will Direct KING LEAR Reading at AMT Theater

Austin Pendleton, the award winning actor/writer/director currently starring in 'The Minutes' on Broadway, will direct a reading of 'King Lear' at the AMT Theater May 1st, 6pm. The reading stars Charles E. Gerber as Lear and is produced by the Workshop Theater Company as part of its annual 'Will-A-Thon' celebrating the week of Shakespeare's birthday. It will be presented at AMT, 354 West 45th Street.
The Old Opera House Theatre Company to Stage LOST IN YONKERS

The Old Opera Theatre Company is set to present the Neil Simon play, Lost in Yonkers. The production, directed by Amy Hebb, is a drama/comedy that is not recommended for children under thirteen. The show dates the weekends of March 18, 19, and 20, and March 25, 26, and 27, 2022.

The Magis Theatre Company will postpone their previously announced production of Thornton Wilder's The Alcestiad- A play in three acts with a satyr play: The Drunken Sisters. Originally scheduled to run this June, it will be presented next June 2021 (exact dates TBA).

T. Fellowship Announces New Geraldine Stutz T. Fellow Rachel Sussman

T. Fellowship, in association with Columbia University School of the Arts, announces the next T. Fellow is Rachel Sussman, the seventh fellow in the one year program designed to educate and empower new creative producers. The fellow will receive a stipend of $10,000 with a $20,000 budget for the development of a new theatrical production, and will have access to courses in Columbia's MFA Theatre Management & Producing Program.
Huntington Announces Casting For MAN IN THE RING

The colorful and complex true story of six-time world champion prizefighter Emile Griffith is told in Man in the Ring, a new play written by Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Cristofer, directed by Michael Greif, and presented by the Huntington Theatre Company from Nov. 16 to Dec. 22, 2018 at the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts. Imbued with the warmth of Griffith's character and the joyful music of his childhood home, Man in the Ring chronicles Griffith's sweeping life story, from his humble beginnings in the Virgin Islands to his passionate love affairs and the tragedy that changed his life.
