Sutton Foster's debut CD 'Wish' was released February 17th on Ghostlight Records. The album features 15 songs culled from the worlds of jazz, pop, Broadway and cabaret, and highlights Foster's eclectic choices, ranging from Patty Griffin's ?Nobody's Cryin' to Duke Ellington's ?I Like the Sunrise'...from Frank Loesser's ?Warm All Over' to John Denver's ?Sunshine on My Shoulders'. Critically-acclaimed and renowned Jazz Pianist, Harpist and Vocalist, Corky Hale, will appear in an autobiographical cabaret show about her life both on stage, and off, entitled, "An Evening With Corky Hale," to be presented at the Metropolitan Room.

A wave of cocktail culture from the West Coast is about to pour through the Metropolitan Room's doors as Terese Genecco, Russ Lorenson and Corky Hale come to town, while Baby Jane Dexter and a number of other local notables like Klea Blackhurst and Billy Stritch stand up for the Eastern seaboard.

Corky Hale, renowned Jazz pianist, harpist and vocalist, will be a judge for the 8th Annual World Soundtrack Awards, sponsored by the World Soundtrack Academy as the closing event of the 35th Annual Ghent Film Festival, to be held in Ghent, Belgium from October 7 - 18, 2008

Corky Hale Productions will present a star-studded musical event, entitled, 'It's Magic! A Tribute to Sammy Cahn' celebrating the life and lyrics of one of Hollywood's greatest Academy Awardâ-winning songwriters.

Award-winning showbiz entertainers, Corky Hale and Charlotte Rae, will perform in a show emceed by Carl Reiner, with Jeff Lass serving as Music Director. The show, 'A Festive Evening For Westside Center for Independent Living,' is a benefit for WCIL.

MAUDE MAGGART, the critically-acclaimed chanteuse - hailed as 'bewitching' by The New York Times, 'utterly enchanting' by the New York Post and 'stunning' by the Los Angeles Times - will return to THE OAK ROOM of THE ALGONQUIN HOTEL for a six week engagement from April 1 - May 10. Her new show, 'Speaking of Dreams,' will feature John Boswell (April 1 - 12) and Lanny Meyers (April 15 - May 10) on piano and Yair Evnine on cello and guitar.
