A rare production of D H Lawrence's The Daughter-in-Law, a searing and unforgettable drama about heartache, inequality and the ties that bind, set in the heat of the 1912 miners' strike, is receiving its first London production in over 15 years, staged in the round, at Arcola Theatre from Wednesday 23 May - Saturday 23 June.

Nottingham Playhouse Theatre Company confirms full cast of Adam Penford's first show as Artistic Director, Wonderland including local actors Chris Ashby who previously played the lead in the National Theatre production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and was cast through the Playhouse open auditions, and Joshua Glenister who was a member of Nottingham Playhouse Youth Theatre.

The Menier Chocolate Factory has announced that Harry Hepple (Baker), Steffan Lloyd-Evans (Wolf/ Cinderella's Prince) and Laura Tebbutt (Baker's Wife) will join the company of Fiasco's enchanting reinvention of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's masterpiece INTO THE WOODS. Matthew Dunster will direct Nuffield's latest new commission, written by Luke Barnes and the cast will include Scarlett Alice Johnson, Cary Crankson, Claire-Louise Cordwell, Harry Hepple, Tendayi Jembere, Carl Prekopp, Matthew Raymond and Will Stokes.
