Elitch Gardens, now in its 21st year downtown since relocating from northwest Denver, remains one of Colorado's the most popular entertainment destinations. It now features a vast array of modern roller-coasters, and because many of 'The 12' cast members from the DCPA Theatre Company are thrill-ride aficionados, the staff at Elitch's invited cast members Tuesday to ride the famous Carousel, which dates back to 1927 - and two coaster rides: The Brain Drain and the Boomerang. 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Zanna, Don't! Class Reunion, a concert presentation of the 2003 Off-Broadway cult favorite benefiting the Hetrick-Martin Institute for LGBTQ Youth. Tim Acito's beloved musical fairy tale is set in a world where gay is the norm, the chess team is cool, and the football players are dorks. When the students put on an original musical about the hot-button issue of straights in the military (because if musical theater won't address important political issues, what will?), the opposite-sex leads realize their true feelings for each other and all hell breaks loose in the quiet town of Heartsville. It's up to magical matchmaker Zanna to put things right and bring love to all - including himself!

Exactly ten years after closing on Broadway, Boy George's TABOO returned to New York for a very special two-night-only engagement benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The concert starred Matthew Rowland (Boy George) and Samuel Buttery (Leigh Bowery), both of whom reprised their performances from the 2012 revival of TABOO at the Brixton Clubhouse in London. Jeremy Kushnier (Footloose, Jersey Boys, Jesus Christ Superstar) took on the role of 'Philip Sallon.' In the video below, original 'Big Sue' Liz McCartney sings 'Talk Amongst Yourselves.'
