Chinglish is Tony Award-Winning playwright David Henry Hwang's hilarious new comedy about the misadventures of miscommunication. It tells the story of an American businessman, Daniel Cavanaugh, who travels to a bustling Chinese province looking to score a lucrative contract in properly translated signs. But the deal isn't the only thing lost in translation as he tangles with a government official, a bumbling consultant, and a surprisingly sexy bureaucrat along the way. Chinglish performs February 26-March 16 in the Archbold Theatre at the Syracuse Stage/Drama Complex. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Tracey Scott Wilson's 'Buzzer' at The Goodman Theatre is a thought-provoking look at racial tensions and pervasive sexism in a not-yet-gentrified urban neighborhood, as seen through the eyes of an affluent interracial couple and their recovering-addict friend who moves in with them.

About Face Theatre Company has announced the appointment of Benjamin Sprunger as its new Development Director. Sprunger, who has served on AFT's Board of Directors and as an Artistic Associate, will begin the full-time staff position in March 2014.

The Smith Center announced today that single tickets for The National Tour of THE GERSHWINS' PORGY AND BESS, winner of the 2012 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival, will go on sale Feb. 21 at 10 a.m.
