The supernatural power of love is taking Las Vegas by storm as the new Broadway and West End musical Ghost The Musical, adapted from the Academy Award-winning film, opens at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, Aug. 12-17.

Tony Award winner Idina Menzel, currently starring in IF/THEN on Broadway, comes to Radio City Music Hall tonight, Monday, June 16.

GHOST THE MUSICAL features an original pop score from multiple Grammy Award-winners Dave Stewart (one half of the 80s pop duo the Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (co-writer with Alanis Morissette on the multi-platinum album Jagged Little Pill, among many other notable credits and collaborations). It is adapted from the hit film by its Academy Award-winning screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin (Ghost, Jacob's Ladder, The Time Traveler's Wife). Illusions are created by famous stage and film illusionist Paul Kieve (Hugo, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Matilda the Musical, Pippin). Drama Learning Center's teen professional company will present the area premiere of GHOST, the musical this spring.
