2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award® Recipient Dallas Theater Center presents the world premiere of Miller, Mississippi; a new play written by Boo Killebrew and directed by Lee Sunday Evans. Beginning with a Pay-What-You-Can performance on Wednesday, Aug. 30 at 7:30 p.m., the production runs through Sunday, Oct. 1 at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre Studio Theatre. GRAMMY nominated and multi-platinum selling band, Primus has announced fall tour dates in support of their ninth studio album, The Desaturating Seven, (Ato Records) which includes a stop at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Saturday, November 11 at 8 pm.  Tickets go on sale Friday, August 4 at 10 am. Due to overwhelming demand, rock legends Little River Band with Rock Symphony returns to Ruth Eckerd Hall with special guest Pablo Cruise on Friday, February 9 at 7:30 pm. Tickets go on sale Saturday, August 5 at noon.

Works & Process at the Guggenheim announces that Dior will design costumes for the World Premiere of Falls the Shadow, a new 30-minute work made in and for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum rotunda. Falls the Shadow is spearheaded by American Ballet Theatre (ABT) principal Daniil Simkin, with new choreography by Alejandro Cerrudo, and projection design by Dmitrij Simkin.

Stars of the hit CMT series Nashville will embark on a fourth U.S. concert tour this summer, playing 11 shows in July and August, which includes a stop at Ruth Eckerd Hall today, July 25 at 8 pm.  Tickets go on sale Friday, May 5 at noon. Marin Center and the Marin Cultural Association, in partnership with Brian Copeland, are thrilled to present The Best of San Francisco Solo Series. For the first time ever in Marin County, Brian Copeland will present FIVE of the Bay Area's most critically-acclaimed, award-winning, and beloved solo shows for an exclusive run at Marin Center. Featuring performances by Copeland, Will Durst, Marga Gomez, Josh Kornbluth and Don Reed. The series runs from October, 2017 through April, 2018.

Returning for the fifth consecutive year, the GRAMMY Museum's acclaimed Music Revolution Project, an educational initiative developed in 2012, has begun at the Marcia P. Hoffman School of the Arts at Ruth Eckerd Hall, offering talented youth in the area the chance to engage in musical workshops, songwriting courses, mentoring sessions and record original material that they've written. The tuition-free, four-week program culminates when they perform their new work live at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Friday, August 4 at 8 pm. Tickets are on sale now.

Ruth Eckerd Hall announces two special additions to the 2017-18 Broadway season, a new mystery play, Mike Hammer Encore For Murder, starring Gary Sandy (WKRP In Cincinnati) and the Tony Award-Winning Best Musical Kinky Boots. Ruth Eckerd Hall announces 110 Years Of Broadway - back for its annual celebration of Broadway's greatest songs from its finest shows, the most successful touring Broadway concert in America - has added a second show on Monday, March 12 at 7:30 pm. Tickets go on sale Today, June 30 at noon. A limited number of tickets for the performance on Monday, March 12 at 1 pm are available.

A second performance of 'Brahms and the Schumanns,' narrated by Alan Alda, has been added to the schedule of the 2017 Bridgehampton Chamber Music Festival. This program, which opens the festival, will now be performed on July 30 and 31.

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center will present the world premiere of Hood: The Robin Hood Musical Adventure, a new musical comedy written and directed by five-time Tony-nominated playwright Douglas Carter Beane with music and lyrics by Lewis Flinn.
