Last night the American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER) and Broadway Impact launched the all-star Broadway premiere of '8' to a packed and enthusiastic audience. The play, which chronicles the historic trial in the federal legal challenge to California's Proposition 8, was written by AFER Founding Board Member and Academy Award-winning writer Dustin Lance Black and directed by Tony Award-winning actor and director Joe Mantello.

The classic comedy 'Lovers And Other Strangers,' written by and starring Academy Award nominees Renée Taylor and Joseph Bologna, stops in Las Vegas at the Suncoast Showroom for two performances, August 13 and 14, each evening at 7:30 p.m.

Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron's hit Off Broadway show, Love, Loss, and What I Wore, welcomed its newest castlast night, AUgust 12, with a celebration immediately following the 8:00 PM performance. It was announced today that Emmanuelle Chriqui, Roslyn Ruff and Zuzanna Szadkowski will join upcoming casts of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore, now playing at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).

Charles Shaughnessy ('The Nanny,' 'Mad Men'), who played Fran's employer-turned-husband in the popular sitcom, 'The Nanny,' guest stars as Gregory, a guy that both Fran and her ex-husband Peter (John Michael Higgins) want to date in the season finale of 'Happily Divorced.' To date, the series is averaging over 2.2 million viewers every week. Last week, 'Happily Divorced' was renewed for a second season of 12 episodes.

TV Land announced today that production starts this week on the network's new original sitcom, 'The Exes' (working title). The series, which is written by Mark Reisman ('Frasier'), will debut on TV Land on Wednesday, November 30 at 10:30 pm ET/PT immediately following the season three premiere of 'Hot in Cleveland.' The program stars critically-acclaimed actors Donald Faison ('Scrubs'), Wayne Knight ('Seinfeld,' 'Hot in Cleveland'), David Alan Basche ('The Starter Wife'), Kelly Stables ('Two and a Half Men') and Emmy Award-winner Kristen Johnston ('3rd Rock From The Sun').
