The Red House Arts Center in Syracuse, NY continues the 2016/2017 main stage season with two Shakespeare-inspired productions which will be performed in an alternating schedule: The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged), by Adam Long, Daniel Singer and Jess Winfield; and The Bomb-itty of Errors, by Jaq Gregory J Qaiyum, Erik Weiner, Jason Catalano, Jordan Allen- Dutton and Jeffery Qaiyum.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, nerds, a new musical comedy about the rise and rivalry of tech trailblazers Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, will postpone its Broadway run. A national tour of the production is in the works. The show had just finalized and announced its cast in late February, at the start of rehearsals. nerds was scheduled to begin previews on April 1 and open on April 21 at the Longacre Theatre. NERDS Delays First Broadway Preview Date

The new musical dot-comedy Nerds will open at Broadway's Longacre Theatre on April 21st, 2016 following preview performances which were previously announced as beginning March 31st, but it appears previews have been bumped by a day. According to the Telecharge website, the show will begin previews on April 1st instead.

Rumor has it that Nerds mights be heading to Broadway! The musical has listed the address of Broadway's Longacre Theatre as its address on its official Facebook page, and with Allegiance closing on February 14, the show could be aiming to open in the spring season.
