Aurora Theatre Company continues its 19th season with the Bay Area Premiere of acclaimed writer and actor David Cale's new solo play PALOMINO.

Le Noise Film - a 38-minute black and white film of eight live-in-studio performances of the eight songs that appear on legendary rocker Neil Young's brand-new album Le Noise - will be made available for viewing exclusively on YouTube beginning September 30th.

A combination of great things is about to happen. On October 23rd, Maxwell's of Hoboken will host HIP Video Promo's 10th Anniversary CMJ Party which will feature not only a set by Neil Nathan, but the debut of his animated music video for "Highways" directed by Postage, Inc. The party will celebrate Hip Video Promo's ten years of championing over 900 videos by the best independent artists and bands.

After the global success of their unique take on rhythm and physical theatre, STOMP co-creators Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas, have taken their concept to a new level with PANDEMONIUM: THE LOST AND FOUND ORCHESTRA which will come to Boston this fall as part of a North American tour.

North Coast REP presents a full evening of soulful, acoustic music that you will no doubt leave you spellbound! Indie singers/songwriters, Jenn Grinels and Meghan Andrews, will be in concert one night only on Monday, September 20th. In addition to the live performance, there will be a special Happy Hour with $1 Stone Ales and a FREE Happy Hour Buffet. The Happy Hour begins at 5:30PM and the concert follows at 7:30PM.

Sir Elton John will join other performers on October 20 for 'The Speaking Clock Revue,' a benefit for The Participant Foundation at the Beacon Theatre.

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County announced the kick-off to its 5th Anniversary Season with the U.S. premiere of PANDEMONIUM: The Lost and Found Orchestra. From the creators of the blockbuster hit STOMP, this modern, urban symphonic adventure features a cast of 25 performers plus a 30-member choir of local Miami singers. Fresh from sold-out performances in London, Sydney, and Amsterdam, PANDEMONIUM is poised to take Miami by storm, September 16-26, 2010 in the Sanford and Dolores Ziff Ballet Opera House.

On Friday, Aug 27, at 8:30, Jim Lauderdale takes the stage at the Fox Theatre.

Archie Powell and the Exports perform at Schubas (3159 N. Southport) on August 23rd at 8PM as part of the Betta Promotions Showcase which also include Two Star and Stay Golden. The show is 18+ and tickets are $6; they can be purchased online at www.schubas.com.

The Maldives have been added to the No Depression Festival lineup, as the Punch Brothers will unfortunately no longer be able to attend this year. The festival will take place Saturday, August 21, 2010, at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington, just outside Seattle. The all-day event will feature The Swell Season, Lucinda Williams, The Cave Singers, The Maldives, Alejandro Escovedo, Chuck Prophet & Sera Cahoone.
