Lost and Found Productions is pleased to announce casting for its world premiere musical BURNHAM'S DREAM: THE WHITE CITY, the story of visionary architect Daniel H. Burnham and Chicago's great World's Fair of 1893.

The story of visionary architect Daniel H. Burnham and Chicago's great World's Fair comes to life in Lost and Found Productions' world premiere musical BURNHAM'S DREAM: THE WHITE CITY, with book and lyrics by June Finfer, music and lyrics by Elizabeth Doyle, direction by Erik Wagner, music direction by Linda Madonia and choreography by Jessica Texidor. Celebrating the 125th anniversary of the 1893 World's Fair, this lively new musical will play June 1 - July 1, 2018 at Theater Wit, 1229 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. Theater for the New City presents the world premiere of the new musical SAMANTHA AND THE GLASS CEILING, the struggle of a young lingerie designer to be accepted and promoted for her talent in a fashion company where men hold all the top positions, will begin previews on Thursday, November 7th and run until December 1st at Theater for the New City (155 First Avenue). The Chicago Cabaret Professionals will be pulling out all the stops as it proudly celebrates its fifteenth year of bringing live musical enjoyment by Chicago's favorite cabaret performers and fans on October 20 at Park West Theatre. The annual Gold Coast Award will be presented to popular entertainer Daryl Nitz and a special recognition award will be presented to Davenport's Cabaret and Piano Bar.
