'So You Think You Can Dance' Auditions Begin Thursday, January 5, in Atlanta

Summer's hottest dance competition series SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE kicks off its ninth season with auditions beginning Thursday, Jan. 5 at the historic FOX Theatre in Atlanta, GA. The show will continue its search for America's Favorite Dancer on Friday, Jan. 13 at the McFarlin Memorial Auditorium in Dallas, TX; Monday, Jan. 23 at the Manhattan Center in New York, NY; Thursday, Feb. 23 at the Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake City, UT; and Friday, March 2 at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, CA.

Justin Bieber and legendary guitarist and bandleader Carlos Santana will take center stage live from New York, on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012.' The artists will partner to perform a special collaboration on the show airing SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31. The New Year's Rockin' Eve festivities will open with the 40th Anniversary Party, beginning at 8:00 p.m., ET on the ABC Television Network.

According to the Hollywoodreporter.com, superstar Lady Gaga will make an appearance in a year-end special New Year's Eve show in Japan. The musical TV show will be broadcast on the Japanese national broadcast network NHK and is entitled, 'Kohaku Uta Gassen', which translates to the 'Red and White Singing Contest'.

BLOOPERS to Return to TV Beginning Fall 2012

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Dick Clark Productions will be bringing TV's BLOOPERS back to TV starting next fall. The hidden-camera show will air as a weekly syndicated series and will include 120 half-hour episodes which will be aired over a three year period. The show will be distribued by Trifecta Entertainment & Media.
