It was announced today that ARC Entertainment has acquired all U.S. distribution rights to Chapman Filmed Entertainment's thriller “The Barber” (formerly known as “Trigger”), starring Scott Glenn (“The Silence of the Lambs,” “The Bourne Ultimatum,” “Training Day”) in a deal worth mid-six figures.
