This is the second consecutive week 'Nightline' has ranked first. 'Nightline' posted 3.79 million Total Viewers, increasing +18% compared to the same week last year, while 'The Tonight Show' decreased -43% and 'Letterman' dropped -18%. Season to date, 'Nightline' posted 3.83 million Total Viewers, just 40,000 viewers away from first place.

Superstar Toby Keith will perform on the BOSTON POPS FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR, an entertainment special to be broadcast live from the Charles River Esplanade in Boston, Sunday, July 4 (10:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.
