Cortland Repertory Theatre has announced the nominees for their twelfth annual 'Pavilion Awards' which recognize Outstanding Achievement in local high school theatre. For the eighth year, First Niagara Bank serves as the Corporate Sponsor for this program, which allows for many categories within the musical and non-musical genres. Musicals in consideration were held at the Cortland, Dryden, Groton, Homer, McGraw and Tully High Schools. Non-musical plays were also presented at Cortland, Homer and Tully. The nominees are as followings:

A MERRY JOYFUL NOISE with the vocal group RPM and A RADIO CHRISTMAS CAROL: Charles Dickens' Christmas Classic adapted by David Fuller and performed as a one hour Radio Play, complete with Foley Artist Sound Effects!

In a time where some theatre companies are struggling to produce even one show and many actors are- as actors often are- spending more time doing other things than acting, there is one theatre and company and an actress that are both incredibly busy.
