Manhattan Theatre Club is pleased to announce guests and dates for the upcoming sessions of After Words, the popular discussion panels held after selected Saturday matinees at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).

Rehearsals are now underway at McCarter Theatre Center for the world premiere of Will Power's new play Fetch Clay, Make Man. Directed by two-time Tony Award winner Des McAnuff, the production will begin previews on Friday, January 8 with an Opening Night set for Friday, January 15, 2010.

Hamingson) announced complete casting today for the Shakespeare in the Park production of Euripides' THE BACCHAE, directed by JoAnne Akalaitis with original music by Philip Glass and translated by Nicholas Rudall. Anthony Mackie (The Hurt Locker) will play the lead role of Pentheus joining George Bartenieff as Cadmus; André De Shields as Teiresias; Jonathan Groff as Dionysus; Karen Kandel as Chorus Leader; Joan MacIntosh as Agave; Steven Rishard as Cowherd; and Rocco Sisto as Messenger.
