Disney's 'Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam' Premieres with Special Events Labor Day Weekend

The premiere of Disney's exhilarating rock 'n roll musical 'Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,' starring Demi Lovato and Jonas Brothers, will be presented across Labor Day weekend with four event telecasts -- each celebrating music and dance with a storyline that suggests life is about the way you play. The fun for kids, tweens and families begins FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 and goes through MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT, each night) on Disney Channel. An extended edition of the movie, featuring two exclusive new music numbers, will be available on Disney Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD on Tuesday, September 7.

Part of the blockbuster Disney Channel Original Movie franchise that introduced a generation to contemporary movie musicals, 'Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam' premieres FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel. It will be ushered in by the biggest summer-long experience ever presented by the channel, the industry leaders in providing world-class content for kids, tweens and families.

Facing East by Carol Lynn Pearson is the powerful and poignant story of a Mormon couple dealing with the suicide of their gay son. ICT artistic director Shashin Desai directs Terry Davis, Daniel Kash and Christian Lebano in a four-week run, June 12 through July 5 at International City Theatre in the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. Low-priced previews begin June 9.
