This year's glittering awards ceremony, the casts of Billy Elliot and Guys And Dolls, Jane Krakowski, Derren Brown, William Bergers and Sarah-Jane Davies all performed, while Billy Elliot and Hedda Gabler were the big winners on the night.
Sally Ann Triplett will succeed Sarah Lancashire as Miss Adelaide in the hit West End revival of Guys and Dolls on March 6th, the same day that three other leads (who are so far unannounced) will join the show
The nominations have been released for the 2006 Laurence Olivier Awards. The ceremony for this year's awards will take place at the Park Lane Hilton on February, 2006. Leading the pack this year are Billy Elliot with nine nominations, and Guys and Dolls with eight.
