Chris Mann, the classically based pop vocalist and 2012 finalist on NBC's "The Voice," will perform atThe Capitol Center for the Arts on Wednesday, May 15, at 7:30 p.m. Mann is touring in support of this first album, "Roads," (October 2012), which shot to #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. His PBS special, "A Mann for All Seasons," aired locally on Public Television in March and featured Martina McBride and jazz saxophonist Mindi Abair. The special was a re-creation of the Elvis Presley '69 Comeback Special with Mann performing in a boxing ring on a Sony soundstage. Tickets start at $28 and are on sale now.

Chris Mann's debut full-length album, Roads, shot straight to No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart and Top 5 on Billboard's Classical Chart. Upon its release, Mann gave numerous high-profile television performances, including playing for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama as part of TNT's 'Christmas In Washington' special, 'The Today Show,' the 'Tonight Show with Jay Leno,' and NBC's 'Christmas in Rockefeller Center Special.'

NBC Sports Radio announced today that Brian Kenny, MLB Network and Showtime host, and formerly of ESPN, will host The Brian Kenny Show in the 9am-12n ET Monday-Friday slot, as the network completes its roster and rolls out 24/7 sports talk programming on Monday, April 1st.

The Jewish Museum and the New School for Public Engagement are presenting In Dialogue, a series of performative dialogues between experts in diverse fields in conjunction with the Museum's new exhibition, As it were ... so to speak: A Museum Collection in Dialogue with Barbara Bloom. Each evening concentrates on a different aspect of 'dialogue,' pairing speakers demonstrating theory and practice. Beginning on March 15, 2013, The Jewish Museum will present As it were ... So to speak: A Museum Collection in Dialogue with Barbara Bloom. Artist Barbara Bloom has devoted her career to questioning the ways we perceive and value objects. With a light touch and subtle wit, she divines the meanings encoded in the things with which we surround ourselves. The Jewish Museum invited Bloom to create an installation drawn from its 25,000 works of ceremonial, decorative, and fine art. Her presentation sets a selection of over 270 pieces in unconventional contexts, and offers visitors new ways to view the Museum and its holdings. As it were ... So to speak: A Museum Collection in Dialogue with Barbara Bloom will be on view through August 4, 2013.

NBC Sports Group and Main Events continue the Fight Night series tonight, December 22 at 4 p.m. ET on NBC, and will feature Hall-of-Fame ring announcer Michael Buffer, who is famous for his 'Let's get ready to rumble' phrase.
