DRG Records announces the release of the cast recording of FORBIDDEN BROADWAY: ALIVE AND KICKING, The UN-Original Cast Album, produced by Hugh Fordin, andavailable on iTunes and in stores on November 27, 2012. The recording will be available for download for $9.99 on iTunes; individual tracks will be available for $.99 each. Seaglass Theatre Co is full of the Dickens this holiday season. They are not doling out A Christmas Carol or Oliver Twist but A Christmas Twist, a 1991 sendup by Doug Armstrong, Keith Cooper and Maureen Marley that contains plot elements of both classics shuffled together to much comic effect. This is no great work of literature to be sure, but a laugh fest? Guaranteed. Now at the Big Victory Theatre through December 16, Paul Stroili has smoothly directed a delightfully delectable cast for your enjoyment.

Tickets are selling quickly to Minnetonka Theatre's annual holiday musical, presented on the Arts Center on 7 Main Stage December 7-22. This year the theatre will present Annie, the popular show about everyone's favorite 1930's heroine.

WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin announced today the cast for Putting It Together, running January 11 - February 3, 2013 at the Addison Theatre Centre. The cast includes Diana Sheehan, John Campione, Bob Hess, Alex Organ and Sarah Elizabeth Smith.

3-D Theatricals' final show of the 2012 season is the Tony Award-winning musical HAIRSPRAY, featuring choreography by Dana Solimando, musical direction by Allen Everman, and directed by 3-D Theatricals Executive Producer and Artistic Director T.J. Dawson. HAIRSPRAY opened on Saturday, October 13 and performed through Sunday, October 28 at the historic Plummer Auditorium, 201 E. Chapman Ave. in Fullerton. Emmy Award-winning comedienne VICKI LAWRENCE, one of the most beloved television personalities of her generation, has taken her most endearing character, Mama, out of the closet, dusted off her sensible shoes and hit the road with her new touring production, VICKI LAWRENCE AND MAMA: A TWO-WOMAN SHOW. Jeffery Roberson, aka drag superstar Varla Jean Merman, will return to New York this fall in the title role of Menotti's musical thriller THE MEDIUM at the Marjorie S. Deane Little Theater, directed by Donna Drake, running from tonight, Oct. 25th - Nov. 11th.

Rosalind Productions Inc. will present the Off-Broadway premiere of Jennifer Maisel's The Last Seder. This Off-Broadway limited engagement at Theater Three (311 West 43rd Street) begins December 1st and continues through December 20th only. Opening Night is set for Tuesday December 4th (7pm). The show runs 90 minutes without an intermission.
