The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra is delighted to announce the musical program for its wildly popular concert and community festival, LUMENOCITY, set to return for the third year in a row, this weekend, August 5-9, 2015 at Washington Park in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.
