But my dismay over the hours lost watching average shows this season was tempered a bit by the pride and joy I felt watching the June performances of three strikingly attractive and talented 30ish brunettes with powerhouse voices-- Jackie Kristel, Karen Gross and Jodi Beck, who all staged entertaining shows as spring was turning to summer.

Nashville's The Wild Feathers will perform 'The Ceiling' on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson Friday, September 6th. The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson airs at 12:35am/11:35pm CT on CBS. 'The Ceiling' is the first single off the band's self-titled debut album, which opened at #1 on last week's BillboardHeatseekers chart.
