Following a sold-out engagement last October, Joey Arias returns to Feinstein's at the Nikko for one performance only with an intimate show for piano and voice featuring his music director and pianist Matt Ray on Friday, October 10 at 8 p.m. Ray has served as music director for Arias' sold out residencies at Joe's Pub and resumes this role on Arias' forthcoming Billie Holiday Centennial Concerts in the Spring of 2015. The William & Eva Fox Foundation and Theatre Communications Group (TCG), the national organization for theatre, have announced the ninth round of Fox Foundation Resident Actor Fellowships recipients. The program is designed to support actors' professional and artistic development, to enrich relationships between actors and nonprofit theatres and to ensure continued professional commitment to live theatre. HERE's upcoming season also includes the third annual PROTOTYPE: Opera/Theatre/ Now festival and HERE's yearly CULTUREMART festival, which gives audiences a first look at new work in process from artists in the HERE Artist Residency Program (HARP). The multidisciplinary productions in HERE's 2014-2015 season represent the culmination of commissions and developmental residencies of up to three years through HARP, and/or the Dream Music Puppetry Program.
