Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie, executive producers of ABC's Emmy Award-winning talk show THE VIEW have announced that President Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States, and First Lady Michelle Obama, will make their first joint appearance on the show, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET).

Grammy-winning recording artist Martina McBride will perform with Latin Grammy winner Luis Fonsi in the 2012 NCLR ALMA Awards(R), which will also feature special messages from President Barack Obama and Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney. The Network will launch its first 'Travel Like...' special with the original one-hour special 'Travel Like a President,' hosted by NBC News Correspondent Peter Alexander. Premiering on Tuesday, October 2 at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT, the program will transport viewers to Air Force One and beyond, showcasing the behind the scenes efforts needed for the commander-in-chief's demanding travel schedule. From the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, where every president has stayed since Herbert Hoover, to President Barack Obama's homecoming in Hawaii, 'Travel Like a President' showcases a seldom seen perspective on travel.
