Intiman Theatre opens its 2011 Season with All My Sons, written by Arthur Miller and directed by Seattle theatre artist Valerie Curtis-Newton, featuring an ensemble of 10 actors led by veteran performers Chuck Cooper and Margo Moorer. Performances begin Friday, March 18 and continue through Sunday, April 17. Tickets are on sale now to season subscribers and are available to the general public beginning February 7. In Arthur Miller's Tony Award-winning family drama, the issues that surface are just as compelling today as when the play debuted in 1947. Artistic Director Kate Whoriskey says, 'All My Sons is one of the most beautifully structured plays in the American canon. Miller slowly reveals to the audience how a man of some means and ethics can make a devastating choice that forever alters a community.'

According to the NY Times, Amy Ryan is set to will perform a song entitled, 'All I Ever Wanted' at a Todd Almond concert on February 16. The performance will be held at St. Mark's Church in New York City at 8:30PM.

The Valencia Character Company will present 'The Crucible' by Arthur Miller. Showtimes are Feb. 16-19 and Feb. 23-26 at 7:30 p.m., and Feb. 20 and 27 at 2 p.m., with an additional matinee on Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. in the Black Box Theater at Valencia Community College's East Campus.

The Vagabond Players continues the 2011 season with Arthur Miller's masterpiece, Death of a Salesman. The issues Miller and Willy Loman grappled with sixty years ago are still prevalent today. The production, directed by Michael B. Zemarel, opens February 25 and runs through March 27.

Following the success of last summer's Shakespeare in the Park productions of The Merchant of Venice and The Winter's Tale, The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) will once again stage two Shakespeare plays in repertory, running June 6 through July 31 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Daniel Sullivan, who recently directed Twelfth Night and The Merchant of Venice in the Park, will direct ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL and David Esbjornson, who directed Much Ado About Nothing in the Park, will direct MEASURE FOR MEASURE. Bank of America returns as lead sponsor of Shakespeare in the Park 2011, supporting The Public's mission to keep Shakespeare in the Park free.
