It may be snowing outside, but inside things are just perfect thanks to Hallmark Channel, which is bringing the North Pole to your living room with 12 new original movies this holiday season. There's a little bit of something for everybody. Magical trees? Check. Flying reindeer? Check. Globetrotting elves? Check. Christmas ghosts? Check. Hallmark Channel's got the 12 Days of Christmas covered... and then some!

Valencia's Symphonic Band, under the direction of Mike Davis, and Jazz Lab Band, with direction by Chris Dolske, will perform at the East Campus Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Musical selections will include de Meij's program symphony 'Lord of the Rings' inspired by the J.R.R. Tolkien novel, a Louis Armstrong tribute, and popular standards such as Billie Holiday's 'God Bless the Child' and Frank Sinatra's 'Fly Me to the Moon' sung by student vocalists.

New Repertory Theatre, in residence at the Arsenal Center for the Arts, is thrilled to present the New England Premiere of Cherry Docs by Canadian playwright David Gow. Cherry Docs opens for the press on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 7:30pm and plays through Sunday, November 7, 2010 at the Arsenal Center for the Arts in the Charles Mosesian Theater.
