Last night, Jason Momoa stopped by Times Square before surprising fans at a screening of Aquaman in New York.

Not quite the casting news one would expect for a movie like Aquaman, but a thrilling revelation to be sure. According to EW, Julie Andrews will 'appear' in the upcoming film. 

Amazon Prime members can be the first to experience the epic, action-packed adventure in the stunning undersea world of Atlantis. Aquaman is sure to be at the top of everyone's wish list this season and Prime members will get exclusive access to an early showing of Warner Bros. Elisabeth Moss stars as Becky Something, a maniacally destructive punk rock star and leader of the seminal all-female rock band Something She, who pushes her relationships with bandmates, family and followers to the limit as she wages a years long war against sobriety, while attempting to re-engage the creativity that had once led her band to massive crossover success. When a new, younger female band called The Akergirls, led by Delevingne's Cassie, bursts onto the scene, Becky becomes their mentor. With added responsibility and watching her former friend Zelda E. Zekial (Amber Heard) rise to celebrity megastardom while her career falters, Becky falls deeper into her downward spiral, losing all ties with those she cares about most, including her young daughter and estranged husband Danny (Dan Stevens). It is only when Becky hits rock bottom that she begins to find her path to true redemption.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) presented $3.25 million at their annual Grants Banquet held at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif. The evening was hosted by William H. Macy. “City of Lies,” starring Johnny Depp, has been pulled from release schedule by Global Road Entertainment, a month before it was slated to hit theaters, according to Variety.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) announced today the presenters for the HFPA's Annual Grants Banquet, taking place at The Beverly Hilton on Aug. 9. Presenters will include Alfonso Cuaron, Alfre Woodard, Amber Heard, Charlize Theron, Chris Messina, Christian Slater, Cody Fern, Connie Britton, Cynthia Erivo, Jason Reitman, Jennifer Garner, Joey King, John Cho, John David Washington, Lena Waithe, Nia Long, Rami Malek, Regina King, and Steve Carell. The event marks the biggest charitable evening of the year for the HFPA as the organization makes donations and awards grants, amounting to more than $30 million over the past 25 years.
