Disney's Aladdin, the Tony Award-winning new musical comedy based on the Academy Award-winning animated film, celebrates one year on Broadway March 20th at the New Amsterdam Theatre (214 West 42nd Street).

Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, the award-winning worldwide smash hit Broadway musical, is coming to South Bend as a special engagement to the Broadway Theatre League 2014-2015 Broadway in South Bend season. Produced by NETworks Presentations, this elaborate theatrical production will come to life on stage at The Morris Performing Arts Center for two performances only April 29 and 30.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced the first two productions of its 2015-2016 season: DADA WOOF PAPA HOT, a new play by Peter Parnell, to be directed by Scott Ellis, beginning performances Thursday, October 15 and opening Monday, November 9 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater; and the LCT3 world premiere production of KILL FLOOR, a new play by Abe Koogler, to be directed by Lila Neugebauer, which will begin performances Saturday, October 3, open on Monday, October 19, and run through Sunday, November 15 at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65 Street).

Actor/singer Dan DeLuca has many regional stage credits that include Danny in Stephen Schwartz's Snapshots (Goodspeed), Lucas in The Addams Family (Muny), and Gabe in Next to Normal (Weston Playhouse). New York credits include: Cain/Japheth in Children of Eden (CAP21), plus various concerts/new works at 54 Below, Joe's Pub & Radio City. DeLuca will begin performances at the Pantages in the first national tour of Newsies as Jack Kelly on March 24. In our chat he tells us just how much Newsies means to him.

The highly anticipated Los Angeles premiere of Disney's NEWSIES begins performances next week on Tuesday, March 24 at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre for a 4 week engagement through Sunday, April 19. Disney Theatrical Productions and the Nederlander Organization are announcing that a day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of $20 orchestra seats will be held daily. Please note: there will be NO lottery on the official opening night: Thursday, March 26.

The Ogunquit Playhouse will have you kicking up your heels for five spectacular musicals slated to hit the stage for the legendary theatre's 83rd season.
