Earlier this week it was announced that WEST WING star and Emmy Award winner Richard Schiff will return to Broadway in the upcoming revival of David Mamet's acclaimed Pulitzer Prize-winning drama GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS. Schiff will star alongside Al Pacino, Bobby Cannavale, David Harbour, and Jeremy Shamos in the show. Schiff was one of many Broadway veterans to star in the long-running NBC drama, and though the show aired its final episode in 2006, we are wondering what other stars you'd like to see return to the stage.

It's just been announced that this fall, two-time Tony Award winner AL PACINO will be joined on stage by Tony nominee DAVID HARBOUR, Emmy Award winner RICHARD SCHIFF and Tony nominee JEREMY SHAMOS in the Broadway revival of DAVID MAMET'S acclaimed Pulitzer Prize-winning drama GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS. As previously announced, Tony Award nominee BOBBY CANNAVALE has been cast in the role of Richard "Ricky" Roma.

The Public Theater will begin previews on Monday, July 23 for Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's beloved musical INTO THE WOODS, the second show of The Public's 50th Anniversary season at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Directed by Timothy Sheader with co-direction by Liam Steel, INTO THE WOODS will continue for five weeks through Saturday, August 25, with an official press opening on Thursday, August 9.

Premiere Stages, the professional theatre in residence at Kean University presents Kathryn Grant's Handicapped People in Their Formal Attire from tonight, July 12 through July 29. This provocative new play takes place in 1968 at a black tie fundraiser for people with disabilities. The honoree is Agnes Sheenan, a quadriplegic, who is escorted by her able-bodied sister, Theresa. The siblings make the most of the celebration until unforeseen events force them to examine how fragile the bond is between them.

For over twenty-five years, the late Bradshaw Smith (Founder & Executive Producer of "Broadway Beat" and Applause Video) was the theater world's preeminent videographer, capturing over 1,000 performances on Broadway, off-Broadway, in cabaret halls and beyond that now, because of him, live on today. Bradshaw Smith died on January 16, 2012, at age 57, following a sudden and severe stroke. To conclude the intimate memorial, Bradshaw's longtime friend and editor, Jonathan Frank, compiled the best of Bradshaw's work as a video artist. Off-Broadway's CHANNELING KEVIN SPACEY Moves to Roy Arias Theatre from 7/27

Channeling Kevin Spacey, the irreverent, whirlwind comedy currently playing off-Broadway, announced today that it would be moving to the Roy Arias Theatre at the Times Square Art Center beginning July 27. A new block of tickets was released today on Telecharge for the show's revamped schedule, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 7:30 pm. Channeling Kevin Spacey will continue to run at the St. Luke's Theatre through July 22.

Last night, June 18, The Public Theater celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Delacorte Theater, home of Shakespeare in the Park, and honored Al Pacino for his body of work at The Public. The evening included a benefit reading of Romeo and Julie featuring Kevin Kline as Romeo and Meryl Streep as Juliet. On hand to celebrate were the likes of Julia Stiles, Chelsea Clinton, Steve Martin and many more who have both particiated and enjoyed the works at the Delacorte.
