FAB NYC Announces FAB! Festival Lineup

FABnyc is proud to announce the the lineup for the 10th annual FAB! Festival, taking place September 28, 2013 from 1-5PM on East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue and Bowery. This one-day-only arts explosion features FREE performances and exhibits that promise fun for all ages. Attendees can sample tasty bites from local food vendors while enjoying dance, theater, and music by artists from across the Lower East Side (and beyond!). A community collaboration between Maryland Ensemble Theatre's (MET) MET-X and Frederick Community College's Theatre FCC will produce J.M. Barrie's timeless classic Peter Pan. The thrilling tale of the boy who never grows up is coming to the JBK Theatre at Frederick Community College (7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick) now through August 17. In its continued commitment to transparency, the airline has reported successful verification of its 2012 greenhouse gas emission inventories under The Climate Registry.

A community collaboration between Maryland Ensemble Theatre's (MET) MET-X and Frederick Community College's Theatre FCC will produce J.M. Barrie's timeless classic Peter Pan. The thrilling tale of the boy who never grows up is coming to the JBK Theatre at Frederick Community College (7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick) from August 8 through 17. In 2012 the partnership between the school and the theater company produced the world premiere theatrical production of Robin Hood: Occupy Sherwood. This year the partnership between Theatre FCC and MET-X, a division of MET that produces work outside of its professional mainstage season like this community theater project, hopes to build on the success of last year's Robin Hood show and involve even more of the community in what promises to be a great adventure.

Broadcast Music, Inc., (BMI), the global leader in music rights management, will present the BMI Icon Award to Cash Money's Bryan 'Birdman' Williams and Ronald 'Slim' Williams at the 2013 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards, to be held Thursday, August 22, at the Manhattan Center in New York City.
