Cortland Repertory Theatre, one of New York State's longest running professional summer theatres, is announcing their 45th annual season for the summer of 2016. "We're absolutely thrilled to be bringing six CRT premieres in this coming season, including three regional debuts." Producing Artistic Director Kerby Thompson says. 

Whidbey Children's Theater is proud to present Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap, the second production of their 'Season to Remember', opening Thursday, December 10 and running through Sunday, December 20.

After its phenomenal run on and off Broadway, the critically acclaimed five times Tony award nominated play 'Hand to God' (including Best New Play and Best Director) is making its way to London's West End and will open at the Vaudeville Theatre in early 2016.  Previews start on 5 February, press night is 15 February.

Here's your first look at the musical murder mystery 'SOMETHING'S AFOOT' that spoofs detective stories, most particularly Agatha Christie's, And Then There Were None (a.k.a. Ten Little Indians). The play involves a group of standard British mystery characters (the Cockney servants, the brash retired military man, the imperious dowager, the snoopy spinster, the ne'er-do-well nephew, the ingenue couple) who are invited to the lake estate of Lord Dudley Rancour. When the wealthy lord is found dead, it's a comical race against the clock and some outrageous booby traps to find out whodunit.

Theatre in the Round Players (TRP) presents Black Coffee by Agatha Christie in weekend performances November 20 through December 20.        

The Young Vic's critically-acclaimed production of Arthur Miller's A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE, directed by Ivo van Hove, opens tonight at the Lyceum Theatre (149 West 45th Street). It will play an 18-week limited engagement through Sunday, February 21, 2016.

Amongst the ongoing change and turnover in the West End, Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap has always been solid and constant. After a short UK tour, the show set up camp at the Ambassadors Theatre in London in 1952 where it played for 22 years before moving to the bigger St Martin's Theatre where it is still playing today. The production is now the longest running show of any genre of modern times. The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry is its last stop on the show's first UK tour.

Following his phenomenal decade-long success with The Agatha Christie Theatre Company, which sold over two million tickets and continually played to packed houses all around the UK, comes a new thrilling chapter as Bill Kenwright announces The Classic Thriller Theatre Company and its first production REHEARSAL FOR MURDER.
