Broadway Sings at the PS 166, the Richard Rodgers School, has become an Upper West Side tradition, inviting musical theater actors and musicians who's credits span Broadway, Off-Broadway, National Tours, London's West End and the most notable National Theaters. The cabaret style show is crafted with New York families and a multi-generational audience in mind, also featuring Q&A with theater industry professionals who call the neighborhood home.
IT SHOULDA BEEN YOU Receives Actors' Equity's Diversity on Broadway Award

Actors' Equity Association today named It Shoulda Been You recipient of the 'Extraordinary Excellence in Diversity on Broadway' Award for the 2014-15 theatrical season. Presented by Equity's National Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Committee, the award honors shows that exemplify and promote the union's founding principles of diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity for all who work in the theatre. Accepting the award on behalf of the It Shoulda Been You producers and creative team was producer Daryl Roth. Also in attendance were cast members Edward Hibbert and Jillian Louis, director David Hyde Pierce, composer Barbara Anselmi, co-lyricist and librettist Brian Hargrove and the production's stage management team: Bess Marie Glorioso, Katherine Shea and Melanie Morgan.

The Original Broadway cast album for It Shoulda Been You was recorded by Ghostlight Records and will be available for purchase digitally on Friday, August 14, 2015 and physically on Friday, September 18, 2015. Licensing for future productions of the hilarious, crowd-pleasing musical will be available through Music Theatre International (MTI). The Wednesday, July 15, 2015 matinee performance of It Shoulda Been You will be filmed for the Lincoln Center Library for the Performing Arts and preserved for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive. Virginia's Signature Theatre is currently presenting the world premiere of Diner, the musical adaptation of the landmark film with a book by the movie's Academy Award®-winning screenwriter and director Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Bugsy, The Natural) and an original score by nine-time Grammy Award® winnerSheryl Crow. Directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award® Winner Kathleen Marshall (Broadway's Anything Goes, Nice Work If You Can Get It), the production began performances at Signature Theatre's MAX Theatre December 9.
