Amanda Courtney-Davies BIO

Amanda Courtney-Davies is best known for her performances on London's West End Stage.

Amanda began as a classical ballet dancer and is a winner of the Gold Medal at the 1983 Adeline Genee International Ballet Competition, known as one of the most prestigious classical ballet competitions in the world. The medal was presented to her by Prima Ballerina Assoluta Dame Margot Fonteyn, President of The Royal Academy of Dancing. She is also a highly qualified teacher, trained in the style of Ninette de Valois the founder of British Ballet, and graduated from The Royal Ballet School Teachers Course in 1984.

Musical Theatre Credits include: Rosie in the original London cast of Trevor Nunn's and Susan Stroman's award winning OKLAHOMA! at the National Theatre and London's Lyceum Theatre.
