Now, Gypsy takes the stage at Reston Community Players October 21-November 12 in an exciting opening to the company's 50th season. Loosely based on the memoirs of the famous striptease artist Gypsy Rose Lee, Gypsy focuses on the story of her mother, Rose, called "the ultimate stage mother."

This is a line in It is indeed and Shaina Murphy, who recently appeared in NextStop Theatre's production of City of Angels and starred in RCP's Mary Poppins, showed that love comes in all shapes, whether it is a cup of coffee or your first crush, during her one night cabaret show, The Many Faces of Love at NextStop Theatre.

NextStop Theatre Company's summer season of one night only events will begin on June 25. It will include a series of cabarets, produced by NextStop Theatre and curated by recording artist Jim Van Slyke, as well as the Dark Nights Series of 18 performances by local artists chosen through a competitive application process earlier this spring.

NextStop Theatre Company's third professional season comes to a close in May 2016 with the DC area regional professional premiere of the film noir jazz musical, City of Angels. NextStop's production will open May 12 and run through June 5, 2016.

Mary Poppins will be flying into Reston CenterStage February 19-March 12 as the Reston Community Players present the seven time Tony award nominated musical.
