Samuel "Ben" Yaffee

Ben Yaffee was born in February 1914, in Glens Falls, NY USA as Samuel Yaffee. He used his middle name, Benjamin, both professionally and in his personal life. He studied Drama at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA in the 1930s, then called Carnegie Tech. He was an actor, known for The Fugitive Kind (1960), Rocky King, Detective (1950) and The Doctors (1963). He died on February 12, 2007 in Englewood, New Jersey. He was married to opera singer Gloria Yaffee.
