Continuing with the next generation of luxury entertainment offerings, JEWEL will take over the former space of HAZE Nightclub at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.  The intimate destination is set to open Spring 2016.

Morgans Hotel Group Co. The purchase price includes the remaining 10% equity interest in TLG held by Andrew Sasson, TLG's founder, and Andy Masi, TLG's Chief Executive Officer. The transaction was approved by the Company's Board of Directors as a part of its ongoing review of strategic alternatives to maximize value for stockholders.

Global hospitality company Hakkasan Group, today announced Omnia San Diego, a new nightlife concept set to open Spring 2015. Omnia will take over the space formerly occupied by Stingaree nightclub, which will celebrate with a closing party on November 2, 2014 before undergoing a full venue remodel. Omnia will join the San Diego community shortly following the debut of the brand's flagship nightclub at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Hakkasan Group announced today the acquisition of Las Vegas-based nightlife and entertainment company, Angel Management Group (AMG). AMG manages a number of significant hospitality venues, including Hakkasan's own Nightclub at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, together with PURE Nightclub at Caesars Palace, WET REPUBLIC Ultra Pool at MGM Grand, Social House restaurant inside The Shops at Crystals, HQ Beach Club, and HQ Nightclub at Revel in Atlantic City. The acquisition will provide Hakkasan Group with significant day-to-day operational capability and infrastructure, which will enable it to further expand its brand and hospitality operations in North America. HKK Hospitality Limited will continue to provide global strategic management services to the Hakkasan Group, from its headquarters in the UAE.

Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino announced today its 2014 electronic music lineup featuring returning world-renowned artists as well as welcoming new celebrated talent to its all-star roster of musicians.
