The NYC-based THEE (The Hey Ensemble) will see members develop original works of theatre and film in a non-hierarchical, ensemble-based atmosphere. The company was rebuilt to align with a mutually agreed upon set of unapologetic values that uplift accessibility, collaboration, and equity.

In a reimagined universe where teenagers develop super powers, we follow the story of six young people who navigate their comfortable lives in the Habitat of Meta-humans Enterprise (H.O.M.E), a facility created by the government to rehabilitate and incarcerate those people who have illegally used their super powers. However when Adam, an immortal arrives at the facility, they begin to rethink their place in society. As the group becomes acquainted with Adam, they begin to fully realize the potential of their abilities.

I CELEBRATE MYSELF: A CONVERSATION WITH WALT WHITMAN is a hip-hop-infused movement piece about the tedium that many people endure during their work day all the while internally living in a parallel universe of creativity in which they would rather live.
