A CHRISTMAS CAROL, the dazzling annual holiday tradition entertaining thousands of families each year, will be presented from November 23 through December 22 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane. The timeless classic is directed by Scott Calcagno and features a cast of acclaimed Chicago actors, led by Michael Joseph Mitchell as 'Scrooge.' The beloved story is enhanced with traditional carols. Drury Lane Theatre also offers families the special opportunity to have breakfast or dinner with Santa Claus on select performance dates, with a festive buffet-style menu complete with seasonal favorites.

The Marriott Theatre for Young Audiences presents JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, written by the musical duo Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, running February 22 through May 12 at 10 Marriott Drive, Lincolnshire, IL, with a press performance on Saturday, March 3 at 10 a.m. Matt Raftery will direct and choreograph this must-see production for the whole family, with musical direction by Ryan T. Robert Cuccioli (Bway's Jekyll and Hyde), Buzz Roddy (Off Bway's The Primary English Class), David Larsen (Bway's Billy Elliot) and Lynne Halliday join the previously announced cast.

After 17 years, Tony n' Tina are heading on their honeymoon. Route 66 Theatre Company will present the Chicago premiere of HIGH FIDELITY in its first major production since its Broadway run in 2006. The show started previews August 8, 2009; opened Monday, August 17 at 7 p.m.; and will run through October 11, 2009 at the Tony n' Tina's Wedding space at Pipers Alley Theater.
